पंचायतीराज में कनिष्ठ लिपिकों के 19,515 पदों पर सीधी भर्ती की
तैयारी, न लिखित परीक्षा होगी न इंटरव्यू, जिला परिषदें 12वीं के अंकों के
आधार पर करेंगी चयन, विधि व वित्त विभाग की मंजूरी मिली
जयपुर.पंचायतीराज में प्रस्तावित 22,790 भर्तियों में से
कनिष्ठ लिपिकों के 19,515 पदों पर सीधी भर्ती की तैयारी है। इसके लिए न
लिखित परीक्षा होगी और न ही इंटरव्यू, केवल सीनियर सेकंडरी के अंकों के
आधार मेरिट बनेगी और नियुक्ति दे दी जाएगी। इसे वित्त विभाग, कार्मिक विभाग
और विधि विभाग की मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। अब कैबिनेट की अगली बैठक में मंजूरी
लेने की तैयारी है।
मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने इन पदों को भरने के लिए बजट में घोषणा की
थी। कनिष्ठ लिपिकों के 165 पद जिला परिषदों, 996 पंचायत समिति और 18,354 पद
ग्राम पंचायतों में भरे जाने हैं। इनके लिए अधिक शिक्षित भी आवेदन कर
सकेंगे, लेकिन मेरिट का आधार सीनियर सेकंडरी ही रहेगा।
इन पदों को न तो वरिष्ठ लिपिकों से भरा जाएगा और न ही मृतक आश्रितों
से। पद के विरुद्ध भी नियुक्ति नहीं दी जाएगी। जिला परिषद के माध्यम से ही
आवेदन लिए जाएंगे और मेरिट भी वही तय करेगी।
कई सवाल खड़े हो जाएंगे : टाक
आरपीएससी के पूर्व अध्यक्ष जी.एस. टाक का कहना है कि सरकार सीधी भर्ती
करवा सकती है, लेकिन पारदर्शिता जरूरी है। सीनियर सेकंडरी के अंकों की
मेरिट बनाई जाती है तो कई सवाल खड़े हो सकते हैं। जैसे-सीबीएसई में ज्यादा
नंबर मिलते हैं, जबकि राजस्थान बोर्ड में कम। विज्ञान खासकर गणित के
छात्रों के अंक अधिक आते हैं, कला के छात्रों के कम। ऐसे में सरकार को
स्क्रीनिंग का कोई फॉर्मूला बनाना चाहिए।
