EXAM PATTERN, SYLLABUS 2013-2014 :

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has decided to make changes in the +2 examination pattern from 2013 giving more focus on the objective type questions that will increase the pass percentage.

As per the new pattern, all the papers will carry 70% objective type questions like yes or no, multiple choices or single word answers and 30% subjective type questions.

Jasobanta Behera, controller of examinations, Council of Higher Secondary Education, said that the latest pattern will increase more pass percentage in the state. The move has been taken to bring reform at the +2 level exam after a thorough analysis that the subjective questions pattern has a disadvantage when it comes to all India level entrances.
